Ananda Development Public Company Limited, or ANAN, a leader in urban residential development and the top player in the condominium market near electric train stations, has announced its confidence in being prepared for the repayment of bonds, assuring investors of the repayment of 3.231 billion baht on July 14. The company has properties ready for transfer in 2024 valued at 28,284 million baht and projects ready for delivery in 2025 worth 11,929 million baht, totaling 40,213 million baht, and is confident in adhering to the schedule.
Mr. Chanont Ruangkritya, CEO of Ananda Development Public Company Limited, or ANAN, stated that the company has a disciplined track record of timely debt repayments and has never defaulted on interest payments for both bonds and financial institutions. Ananda is committed to proceeding with the next bond repayment as scheduled on July 14, 2024, amounting to 3.231 billion baht, with strong confidence in its ability to repay both the principal and returns of this latest bond. Ananda adheres to the URBAN LIVING SOLUTIONS approach to develop housing that addresses urban living challenges while enhancing the quality of life for city dwellers, successfully achieving the targets set in its plans, resulting in satisfactory performance in the last quarter.

The properties ready for transfer in 2024 are valued at 28,284 million baht, and projects ready for delivery in 2025 are valued at 11,929 million baht, totaling 40,213 million baht to support the bond repayment due on July 14, 2024, amounting to 3,231 million baht.
The company has shown satisfactory performance, signaling improvement, as evidenced by its first-quarter results for 2024, where it achieved profitability for the first time in three years, generating a net profit of 195 million baht, a growth of 425% compared to the same period last year. It recorded sales of 5,211 million baht, an 11% increase compared to the previous quarter, with transfers amounting to 3,344 million baht, including 1,215 million baht from foreign customers, a growth of 150% compared to the same period last year. Additionally, the international market has consistently generated sales growth over the past three years, with sales of 1,677 million baht in 2021, increasing to 3,464 million baht in 2022, a growth of 107%, and reaching 6,989 million baht in 2023, a growth of 102%. In 2024, the company generated 1,988 million baht in sales from the international market, a growth of 14% compared to the previous quarter.
